1. The Person View
This view contains 17 panes. The Events pane is currently visable. The left panel buttons located beneath the cameo photo are used to select the desired pane. The left panel button corre- sponding to the currently displayed pane is highlighted. Green text in a left panal button indicates that the pane contains data; gray means the pane is empty.
The scrollable index on the right can be used to navigate to any Person in the database. The index is arranged alpha- betically by family name.

2. The Timeline View
This view displays a chrono- logical list of the life Events of the current Person and optionally the Events of selected relatives that occurred during his or her lifetime.

3. The Family View
This view displays the start of life and end of life Events of both husband and wife. A tabbed control provides a chronological summary of family Events as well as list of children in the Family.

4. The Ancestor View
This view displays a four- generation pedigree chart starting with the current Person as the root Person. The view also supports data entry for missing parents.
If you click a name field, that Person becomes the root Person, and a new pedigree chart appears.
If you click the root Person of the chart, you will leave the Ancestor View and the Person View/Events pane for that Person will be displayed.

5. Descendant View
This view shows a top-down descendant chart starting with the current Person. You can select the number of gener- ations to show (max. 8), and adjust the width of the text boxes used for displaying a Person's name and life Events.
If the chart is larger than the window, you ca scoll the view horizontally and vertically to see its hidden parts.
You can capture the chart as either a JPG image or PDF file.

6. The Source View
Here you will find an alpha- betized list of all your biblio- graphic Sources arranged by the 'Short Name' you assigned to them. You can add, delete and edit Sources on this view.
With the Usage command, you can produce a list of all References to the seleted Source.

7. Repository View
This is an alphabetic list of all Repositories defined in your database. You can add, delete and edit Repositories on this view.

8. File Cabinet View
This view has a hierarchical tree view of all the files in your File Cabinets. Ilmage file can be displayed directly on the view. Via a popup menu you can perform certain editing functions.

9. The Place View
This view lists all Places defined in your database arranged alphabetically by their 'Short Name'. Here you can add, delete and edit Place objects.

10. The Venue View
This view lists all Venues defined in your database arranged alphabetically by their 'Display Value'. Here you can add, delete and edit Venue objects. A Venue is always linked to a specific Place object.
